  12. Written for: Barb M. (CPC)

I’m a filmmaker and I’ve been working with Barb for about two months now. In the past, i would second guess myself and self sabotage when it came to opportunities. But the way she is able to get me out of my head and right into action is amazing! I’m so grateful to have her on my creative journey with me. I’ve gotten into my first artist residency just one month in to working together. And this was my first application I’ve ever applied to! Just a testament to the way Barb works to help you do the work!

Kristina is an incredible listener with a natural ability to read people and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I’d come into a conversation with a million thoughts and feelings, and she would reflect them back to me in a way that made everything clearer. She helped me find clarity and direction when I was feeling so confused and burnt out. I also love that Kristina can talk about anything—not just career-related topics—and she always has something thoughtful, intelligent and comforting to offer.

Working with Andree has genuinely helped me shift my mindset and the way I approach challenges. She’s helped me become more self-aware, challenge negative thought patterns, and recognize that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. I’ve learned to be more compassionate with myself without losing sight of my goals, and to view setbacks as opportunities for growth rather than reflections of my worth or abilities. Most importantly, she’s helped me build a healthier balance between ambition, discipline, and giving myself grace along the way.

  27. Written for: Gemma L. (CLC)

Gemma really listens and I feel seen and heard for the very real frustrations I am experiencing in my job - instead of feeling as if I should just push them aside or that I should only be grateful because i DO have a good salary and benefits. She has not dismissed at all the importance to me of fulfillment in the work I do and my desire to create a legacy that lives beyond me. She gives great feedback that is supportive and encouraging without being "lip service" only. While I haven't been able yet to complete all the exercises she has sent, I love that this is part of the process because I know that "doing the work" is vital to "making the shift." She is also the perfect vibe for me - it's easy and comfortable to talk with her and I like it when she says something I was thinking...same wavelength!

Sara was always well-prepared for our sessions, but one thing I particularly appreciated was her incredible ability to remember our conversations, even the smallest details. She would take note of things I said, sometimes things I thought were silly or insignificant, and somehow turn them into something meaningful and positive, offering a perspective I had never considered before. What I appreciated most was how genuinely attentive she was. She made me feel heard, understood, and valued, and it was clear that she put real thought and care into every session. Sara not only made a positive impact on my life but also helped me see myself, my experiences, and even my challenges in a different light. 71. Written for: Leighna J. (CRC)

Leighna has played a really big and important part in my healing journey. I found her when I was in a really rough place in my life; I was dealing with a lot of PTSD symptoms and wanted to feel safe in my body again. A year later, and due to her help with coaching, I finally managed to safely go outside, know my limits, and set safe boundaries for my body. I wanted to trust myself, and with the practices and homework she assigned, I’m doing 80% better than I did a year ago! Every session with Leighna is life-changing, mind-shifting, and truly powerful. When we set a goal for a session, I always end up achieving what I wanted in the first place. She’s also very smart in her approaches and gives really intelligent ideas when it comes down to practices or ways of looking at things. Most importantly of all, she truly listens and deeply understands the person in front of her, so she knows how to ask the right questions to lead you to the answer, the feeling, or the clarity you may need. She is an incredible coach—observant, analytical, understanding, and deeply passionate about her work. I have worked with many therapists in the past, but coaching with Leighna has helped me the most, and I have seen the biggest results with her!

  72. Written for: Leighna J. (CRC)

Working with Leighna made a world of difference in my day-to-day life. I came to her feeling overwhelmed with work and like I was spiraling, and she helped me get back to a place where things felt not just manageable but all around lighter. What I appreciated most was how actionable her coaching was. She helped me identify immediate steps I could take, set longer-term goals, and build in accountability to actually follow through for myself. By changing and practicing just a few things, I noticed a huge shift in how I felt day to day. My chest feels lighter, my work life feels more organized, and situations that once felt overwhelming now feel completely within my grasp. I'm so grateful for the difference she's made!

    — ,

  73. Written for: Anna L. (ACC)

Working with Anna has been one of the most meaningful commitments I’ve made to myself. She has this rare ability to be both patient and unyieldingly persistent, the kind of steady presence who never pushes past you, but always pushes with you. When life forced me into a period of intense transition I didn’t want and certainly didn’t feel ready for, she walked alongside me every step of the way. She held space for the grief, the confusion, and the fear, while still gently guiding me toward the version of myself I had almost stopped believing was possible. There were issues I had been circling around for nearly five years — patterns I couldn’t break, questions I couldn’t answer, truths I couldn’t quite face. With Anna’s support, I finally did. She helped me move through blocks that felt immovable, reconnect with my own clarity, and rebuild from a place of honesty and strength. And somewhere along the way, she helped me find my way back to making magic — and to noticing the small, everyday magic that had been around me all along. I’m deeply grateful for her grounded wisdom, her humor, her compassion, and her refusal to let me settle for less than a fuller, more aligned life. If you’re navigating a major transition, chosen or not, or if you’ve been trying to make progress alone and feel stuck, I cannot recommend working with her enough.

  74. Written for: Angel S. (CPLC)

Angel has been a positive and crucial part of my healing journey. He has challenged my way of thinking and my belief system about myself as well as others. 75. Written for: Seth B. (CPC)

Seth naturally makes space for people. He asks questions that cause one to pause before responding. This helps not only with processing but with clarity. He holds me accountable and ensures I’m clear on next steps prior to closing every session. It not only helps keep me focused but helps me see things through a different lens. A lens of calm.

  76. Written for: Susan B. (ACC)

Coaching now is more of a maintenance, skill building, or gentle self discovery continuation, but initially it was crucial for getting back some momentum and navigating difficult decisions when I felt stuck. I appreciate the guidance to self trust, listen to my personal intuition, and kind of bolster/practice my sense of self worth.

    — ,

  77. Written for: Dawn H. (ACC)

Dawn has an incredible ability to help you reconnect with what matters most. She listens deeply, challenges your perspective, and helps you find clarity without ever losing sight of who you are. What makes Dawn special is that she doesn’t approach coaching as someone who has all the answers. Instead, she creates an environment where you feel comfortable being vulnerable, exploring your own thoughts, and challenging the assumptions you’ve built over time. She knows when to listen, when to push, and when to help you recognize something you may have been overlooking. One of the things I appreciate most about Dawn is how genuinely invested she is in the people she works with. You never feel like you’re going through a prescribed process or checking boxes. Every conversation feels personal, thoughtful, and focused on helping you grow in ways that actually matter to you. I think the best coaches don’t try to change who you are. They help you better understand yourself, recognize what’s holding you back, and become more intentional about where you’re going. That’s what Dawn does so well. Whether you’re navigating a transition, trying to grow professionally, or simply looking to better understand yourself, Dawn brings a combination of empathy, perspective, and accountability that can make a real difference. I’m grateful for the conversations we’ve had and the perspective she’s helped me gain. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone willing to invest in themselves and do the work that comes with meaningful personal growth.

  78. Written for: Deloras J. (GPCC)

Dolores has a very gentle tone of voice and she made sure, right from the start, that I felt comfortable and at ease. She was in tune with me the whole time and noticed my moods and how I was moving and my body posture. She then used all this information to help me understand my issues and to work them out. She encouraged me to take small steps towards my goal, which did not feel at all overwhelming. She offered her support for accountability, which was very helpful. I really benefited from her coaching and would definitely recommend her.

  80. Written for: Leighna J. (CRC)

What makes Leighna such an impactful coach is her powerful combo of straight-shooting and fiery support. In our sessions, they name things I haven't been able to see myself, pose questions that immediately shift my perspective, and see my whole person. And the power of these coaching moments stick with me. Just yesterday a provocative question that she posed years ago in a session popped to mind as I was facing a similar situation. And it brought instant relief. That's why I value Leighna's coaching so deeply.

  82. Written for: Alison S. (ACC)

I have worked with Alison as my coach over the past four months, navigating the transition from executive life into a new chapter. Exploring what retirement, meaningful work and a life that fits with my different roles and priorities might look like. Alison has been an exceptional thinking partner. She brings a rare combination of intuition, warmth and boldness, alongside real skill in knowing when to listen, challenge or ask the question that needs asking. She is not afraid to shine a light on what is not being said or give a much needed 'gentle boot'. Throughout, I always knew she had my back and my best interests at heart. What I particularly valued was her ability to understand my world while helping me see beyond familiar thinking patterns. She asks insightful, sometimes probing questions and has a wonderfully natural way of reflecting my thinking back to me, often helping me recognise something I hadn't quite seen for myself. Our conversations were focused, refreshing and exploratory. Alison encouraged me to be curious, challenge my assumptions and consider possibilities I might otherwise have overlooked. She never pushed her own answers, but helped me find mine. Perhaps most importantly, working with Alison has helped me step back into my own skin, reconnect with who I am beyond my executive identity and find my own words to live by. I feel more grounded in what matters to me and better equipped to shape this next chapter on my own terms. I would not hesitate to recommend Alison, particularly to women navigating significant life transitions, balancing demanding careers with other life roles, or questioning what comes next.

Have been in coaching with Aaron for about a year both in group and individual sessions. He’s a great listener and does his homework. Angel literally changed my life. Before I started coaching with him, my life was in shambles. I was lost and felt hopeless. I knew I needed someone to talk to but I was hesitant because why would I pay someone to just listen to me talk? Angel is not like that. He is actively engaged and gave me assignments that helped me look forward to the future again. He also taught me coping mechanisms that have helped me well beyond our sessions. He didn’t just fix my problem at the moment but instead taught me how to handle problems because life is full of them and it’s about how we respond to them. If you’re reading this that means there’s a part of you that wants to get help but you’re having a hard time putting your life and personal problems into a complete stranger. I understand. I was there too but I am so glad I took the chance on Angel. I truly feel like I’ve gotten past the thick of the storm and I whole heartedly mean it when I say I couldn’t have done it without the guidance of Angel. Thank you again so very much.

I had the privilege of working with Felice during an important period in my career transition. While I was generating interview opportunities, I wasn't seeing the conversion to offers I expected. Felice helped me refine my mindset, provided valuable tools and resources, and served as a trusted thought partner throughout the process. Her ability to combine empathy, insight, and practical coaching is remarkable. She helped me approach opportunities with greater confidence and clarity, and shortly after we began working together, I secured a new role. For anyone navigating a career transition or seeking a coach who is thoughtful, skilled, and genuinely invested in her clients' success, I highly recommend Felice.

Kim-Monique was an empowering, refreshing coach for me more than a year into my evolving position as the chief penholder for the CEO of my organization. I loved that she challenged status quo norms with evidence: For example, as a black woman leader who has work experience across sectors, the phrase imposter syndrome has been bandied about as an experience that is almost a rite of passage and should be expected. Kim-Monique challenged that assumption and shared a Harvard Business Review link that reinforced that operating in systems that aren't made for us would of course make us feel like imposters but we are not. What we talk about when we talk about imposter syndrome is the normal, understandable feeling of navigating systems that were not made for us to thrive. Her coaching is meant to counter those systems and provide empowering tools to keep us whole.

I had come to a point in my life when I knew serious changes had to be made. I spent months trying to come to terms but found I was my own roadblock. A friend told me about personal coaching and recommended Beverly. Of course I said “I don’t need a therapist.” It was pointed out that she was like a sports coach. She would listen. We would set up goals. We would make a plan. I would implement the plan. Adjustments would be made. Goals would be reached. I understood this protocol. Beverly truly listened, asked pertinent questions, and waded through the static in my brain. We came up with a plan. A plan that truly was My Plan. I am in awe of her patience. Her ability to cut through the muck. And she kept me on task even when the inevitable hiccup arose. I have been confidently moving forward. I would highly recommend Beverly to anyone experiencing the need for a new perspective. And the desire for a more fulfilling life.

Kimberly and I worked together during a transformative time in my life. During our time together, I left a job that was no longer serving me, ended a romantic connection, and moved to Brazil. In our sessions, Kimberly helped me hear my wise self—the part of me I wanted to make decisions from—and soothe the fear that arose along the way. She has a deep capacity for listening and was able to hold space for my many thoughts and feelings while asking thoughtful questions that helped me recognize larger themes, cultivate new mindsets, and navigate my decisions in alignment with my values. I am deeply grateful for our work together and cannot recommend Kimberly highly enough.

I’ve never explored life coaching before working with Nicki. Before our sessions, I felt like I was at a standstill. It felt like I was waiting around for something new to get me motivated, but at the start of our sessions, and talking out my feelings about what I wanted to achieve started my forward progression. There were a couple of benefits I had that stood out to me. The most significant benefit was talking to Nicki about things I wanted to improve in my life. Communication has never been my strong suit, but I soon realized how good it would feel to talk to Nicki and have someone give me feedback and support about what might help me or suggestions to deal with different situations. The second most significant benefit I had was my overall health since our sessions. Nicki really steered me toward positivity in my life with encouragement to get outside and get more exercise. Since I’ve started improving my mental and physical health, I’ve lost weight, become more focused, and made better choices in my personal & professional life. I really enjoyed the positivity that Nicki provided in helping me.

Dee was an excellent coach. She was a great listener and asked key questions that helped me process thoughts and feelings at a much deeper level than I could have done solo. It was my discussion and my path to find. Yet she was always there with me picking out key points and offered ideas for me to think about between sessions which kept me motivated and moving.

Seth created an environment where I could work through my problem in a way that allowed me space to process the issues and understand the “blocks” that were inhibiting me from resolving it. I appreciated his coaching methodology and listening posture that allowed me to remain in control and work through things at my own pace, which enabled me to own my solution and way forward. He has an innate ability to ask questions that allowed me to process and to move forward in productive ways.
